<p><span>Luana DeAngelis is Founder and Director of You Can Thrive! Foundation, a large utopian version of the future of health care. Luana has studied for 30 years through her generational background and professional experience in the natural health field. She travels extensively as an inspirational speaker on integrative health. Luana works with Nutrition education, Essential Oils, Reiki, Intuitive Kineisology, Patient Advocacy, Integrative Therapy, Restorative Yoga.</span></p> <p>After being diagnosed with invasive cancer in 2004, she began developing a replicable comprehensive non-profit wellness model to further diversity in integrative health care for people with breast cancer.&nbsp; Luana has taken solitary and created solidarity, with the vision that mind/body integrative modalities coupled with education, lifestyle and navigation/advocacy services should be accessible for all people and would effect outcomes for people with cancer.</p> <p>From her vision emerged a new paradigm where volunteers take the time to help the community through access to acupuncture, massage, exercise, nutritional counseling and all methods of mind/body care. Through her model, we give service to the community, and the people who need the services most get the help they need when they can afford it least.
