As the mother of four wonderful teenage boys I spend a lot of time figuring out who I am so I can teach them to do the same. I also hear myself holler, "Stop Eating!" an awful lot! As my boys get older, I get louder about sharing my beliefs and ideas. Again, as a way to comfortably ask them to do the same. I also adore telling people about my mom (Lynette Louise aka THE BRAIN BROAD) and her amazing work in the world of mental health. I am a lucky woman with a wonderful family.
