<p>ARIELLE JACOBS (Founder and Co-Producer) <br />The GCP organization was founded by Broadway star Arielle Jacobs with one simple mission: to inspire connection, self-awareness, community and a sense of belonging among young girls world-wide, while allowing them to contribute to each other’s growth and empowerment. A California native, Arielle Jacobs recently replaced Jordin Sparks as Nina Rosario in the four-time Tony & Grammy award winning Broadway musical In The Heights, opposite composer/creator Lin-Manuel Miranda. National Tours: In the Heights (Nina), High School Musical (Gabriella). She has sung alongside legendary greats such as Teena Marie, Chaka Khan, and Stephen Schwartz, and has endeared herself to sports fans across the country singing the National Anthem for the LA Kings, the Boston Celtics and the Texas Rangers! Arielle has volunteered at the Downtown Women's Center which serves the homeless and low-income women in downtown Los Angeles' Skid Row community. She also produced a benefit concert for Broadway Cares/ Equity Fights AIDS with the touring cast of the Broadway musical "In the Heights". She is a co-founder of Conscious Contact Collective, a non-profit company with a mission to support the creation of artistic and healing works and to bring healing and spiritual topics to the collective consciousness. Arielle also created the website HelpHealTheEarth.com which is dedicated to informing young adults about the current environmental crisis on our planet, while inspiring them to live a more sustainable lifestyle. Speaking of GCP, Arielle says, “To me, ‘Camaraderie’ means a feeling that other people in my community are seeing me as the best version of myself and supporting me in whatever I dream for myself. It’s about vowing to be there for each other. It’s about promising to be a support, no matter what.
