Hello, My name is Or Shahar and I'm from Israel. In Hebrew my name means „The light of the dawn“ and I always try to keep that promise. I started to learn yoga about ten years ago on my first trip to India and since it is an important and significant part of my everyday life. I studied various yoga and healing methods in different places of the world, but focused mostly on Hatha yoga and Tibetan Buddhism.
