Dianne Crampton wanted to know what makes a group of working people exceptional. She studied business, education and psychology group dynamic research. From this study, the 6 TIGERS Principles emerged. They measurably correct team behavior to drive improved revenue. Dianne was nominated by Merrill Lunch for Inc. Magazine's Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, is a speaker, author and OD consultant who also licenses HR Executives in TIGERS resources.
