A Few years ago, I became a divorced parent; though I had always worked hard at multiple jobs over the years, I went through the highs and lows of being a woman with children -- without a partner -- in the work world. Though I had always loved handcrafted soaps, candles, and the like, as a working parent it made it more difficult to enjoy these things. With a background in retail, sales, and body products, I started making things for myself and my family. The rest, as they say, is history.
