Primatologist and adventurer with a heart for Central Africa
As a primatologist I spent several months in the Central African forest studying agile mangabeys and bonobos at three different field sites. Over the years I build up a good knowledge of the primate species present in this region. However, sound scientific data from a number of areas and species in the Congo Basin is still lacking. The next coming years I would like to visit several remote places to gather data on primates in order to better conserve the ecosystem of these complex forests.
