Dr Matt McLennan

Matt is a postdoctoral research fellow at Oxford Brookes University, in the UK. His research concerns the challenges to conservation outside of Protected Areas, with a special focus on great ape–human coexistence in Africa. Since 2006 he has studied wild chimpanzees in unprotected forest in an agricultural landscape at Bulindi, western Uganda.
