<BR> <P>Stephanie Owens-Carter grew up in San Antonio under the influence of theater with a heavy concentration in musical arts. With roles such as Sandy in "Grease" and Dorothy in "The Wizard of Oz" she quickly became attached to acting. Her first role was as a featured Buckle Bunny in "8 Seconds" but quickly transitioned to commercials and voice-overs. After a hiatus, she returned to acting with a recurring role in the Fox television series "The Good Guys" starring Bradley Whitford, Colin Hanks, Jenny Wade and Diana Maria Rivas. She has since appeared in several short films which led her to create the film "Shattered Reflections," to be entered in film festivals around the country.</P>
