Sue is a 20 year veteran of independent filmmaking.

Sue Vicory is a 20-year veteran of directing and producing independent films. In 2003, she established Heartland Films, Inc. a 501(c) 3 to create films which inspire and educate. Sue is a judge for national and regional Emmys and a member of Women in Film and Alliance of Women Directors. Sue has spoken on and moderated panels at both Sundance Film Festival and Cannes Film Festival. She has two Emmy nominations and has won five Telly Awards for her work as well as a lifetime achievement award.
