Beyond This Paradise A New Musical
<p align="center"><strong><em>Sean Pallatroni</em> </strong>(b. Oct 1987) is a young composer from Bedford NH. He has studied performing arts at the Derryfield School under the direction of Laurel Devino, and completed his undergraduate degree in Music Composition at the Hartt School of Music Dance Theatre (University of Hartford, West Hartford CT). Sean has written for musical theatre, classical chamber ensembles, jazz, choir, and orchestra. He has studied composition under Dr. David Macbride, Dr. Larry Bell, Dr. Stephen Gryc, and Dr. Ken Steen. He has also coached and musically directed several shows in the southern New Hampshire and Hartford Connecticut areas. Sean currently scores programs for Connecticut Public Television, including the shows “Empowering Connecticut,” “Infinity Hall Live,” and “All Things Connecticut.”. Sean won the 2012 Regional Emmy Award for his work with CPTV, is the recipient of Hartt’s “Edward Diamente Award for Distinguished Undergraduate Composition,” and winner of the 2010 Alabama Orchestra Association’s Composition Competition for his work “When the Grass Was Still Green.”</p> <div class="Text_Default"> <div class="sys_txt"> <p> </p> </div> </div> <div class="Text_Default"> <div class="sys_txt"> <p> </p> <p align="center"><em><strong>Zee Cohen,</strong></em> originally from Sydney Australia attended Lorien Novalis High School of the Performing Arts and graduated in December 2009, after completing her first musical for her senior major work titled <em>Left Behind The Musical</em>.</p> <p align="center">Currently she is a junior honors student studying at Wagner College in New York City. She is a double major in Anthropology and Sociology. Additionally minoring in Religious Studies. She is the president of the <em>Wagner College Anthropology Club</em> and Head of Publicity/ Website Coordinator for the biggest theater club on campus, <em>Completely Student Productions</em>. She has written three original musicals and two full length original plays. Her last work, <em>Dark Mondays</em>, was produced this past January 2012 at The Shell Theater in Times Square, NY.</p> <p> </p> </div> </div> <div class="Text_Default"> <div class="sys_txt"> <p> </p> <p align="center"><em><strong>Nicholas Apicella</strong></em>, originally from Peekskill New York is a recent graduate of Wagner College with a degree in Mathematics. He began co-writing plays with Zee Cohen two years ago, which later turned into writing musicals together. As of now, Nick has directed and produced <em>Dark Mondays</em>, an off off Broadway play written and by himself and Zee Cohen.
