I am semi-retired looking to help acquire a high-impact 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse complex of 2.5 acres of usable space to be renovated into studios for about 50+ artists, & public & student education. These will be afford & sustainable for artists creative process. The nonprofit Warehouse Arts District of St. Petersburg would also create a major complex of art production adjacent to two established, successful art institutions -- one for clay the other a hotshot for glass. An arts enclave.
