Sarah Horne grew up in St. Croix, USVI and founded SoHa Dance in 2011 so that she could combine her artistic passions with her interest in community development. She holds a BFA in Dance and an MA in Performing Arts Administration from New York University. Since graduating NYU in 2011, she has worked and consulted administratively for a variety of organizations.
