I am a filmmaker.
<p><strong>Tim Estep</strong> is a graduate of Maine Media College film program. During his time there, he wrote, directed, produced and edited two short films, <em>Route 11</em> and <em>Passing Through. Route 11</em> went on to win the BEST SHORT FILM award at several film festivals across Canada and the United States. After college, Tim moved to Los Angeles, where he produced commercials and developed feature film projects. In 2007, Tim produced a million-dollar feature film titled <em>Familiar Strangers</em>. The film went on the win several film festival awards. The film then had a small theatrical release in all the major markets across the United States, which leveraged other deals with Peach Arch, Netflix and Showtime. <em>Familair Strangers</em> is on sale across the country.</p>
