<p>Our company is operated by two veterans of the retail and restaurant industry, Corey Fair and James Porter - and a few others who share a philosophy of supporting local businesses and producing quality products the "old school" way. Collectively, we are working with 30 small production artisans and craftsmen/women around the country who pour their heart and soul into their work every day. After the launch of our Fall and Winter line, we will see that number grow to around 50. Corey's background as a trained chef and honors graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, gives him unique knowledge about the needs of professional chefs. He has been a Director of Operations for a recognized glassblowing company, and a large restaurant group. James is an accomplished artist, musician, and member of the hospitality community. Together, they've worked to build Butcher & Baker into the next great lifestyle brand. </p>
