<p>I'm a newer member of the Ringer community at The Original Muscle Beach. A friend dragged me to the beach, after much cajoling. I walked over to the rings &amp; it was love at first sight. I know I've found my people &amp; a form of movement that truly feeds the spirit.&nbsp;</p> <p>After becoming involved with this community of free spirits on a closer level, I was invited to join them for Swing City.
