<p>I am the older sister of Lesley Coley, the Naples woman who was struck in the back of her head by a tire, which came off a moving jeep. She landed on her belly face first into the concrete knocking her unconscious. She had an emergency C-Section and her baby boy was born on August 1st at 10 weeks premature.
