Hi! I've worked as a DoD contractor for the last 26 years, and looking to do something more meaningful with my life. Having always lived in the Greater Washington DC area, I've lived in the city for the last 8 years. I went vegan over 6 years ago with my partner, and have since gotten the brilliant idea to start an all-vegan pub. Though animal rights was the initial reason for the idea, I also want to do this for the environment, and for the health of my community. Thank you for your support!!!
