In 2001, at only 5'4", Melodie McBride topped the scales at 252 lbs. and was severely ill. Determined to rid herself of these diseases, she began to take control over her body. Over the next few years she lost 127 lbs. and has maintained her weight for over 14 years by living an Ayurvedic life. Now she wants to spread the word through a video, "An Ayurvedic Journey."
