I am a passionate believer in vegan food well presented. My vegan diet therefore tends to differ from usual non-vegans only in terms of substituting any meat, seafood, or dairy with a vegan alternative. Thereafter I resource world cuisine resulting in exhaustive options for fine dining and fast food. I studied for a Diploma in Professional Cookery in 2011, and now work as a Chef at a restaurant by where I live. I became interested in vegan food when a beautiful, fellow student I met while I was studying for a degree 25 years ago explained to me the farming methods used to obtain milk. After this, slowly at first I began my foray into vegan food and cookery.
