if you are interested in helping fund our son's Autism therapy

Our 3 year old son is everything to me. He was just diagnosed with Autism. We live, like a lot of Americans, paycheck to paycheck. The biggest burden is the extensive student loans, some of which cannot be deferred. Where I can provide food, clothing, shelter, and love, the therapies are going to hurt us financially. The therapies are necessary if we ever want to have him functioning one day as a somewhat independent adult. At the very least, we want to see him graduate high school, and, if we are really lucky, college! If you are browsing through, and have been touched by autism, and you feel compelled to give (anything, a penny, a dime, a dollar, etc) please do.

Some of the occupational therapy will not be covered (about 50% is what they are telling me). He will need some 1:1 which we hope the schools will help with, and the social, sensory, and speech therapy costs...well I am waiting to hear what those will cost.

Thank you in advance. That this kind of thing exists is incredible to me. No man is an island.
