Apainter who became a chef

Born and lived in Athens since '08, thats when i left to Crete where i met my lovely wife and had our beautifull daughter and for the past 4 years we leave in Santorini. I always wanted to be a painter and a sculpture but in the end pastry and cooking won me, so i have worked in many pastry shops, taverns and restaurants and for the past 3 years i' m chef at "1800" restaurant in Santorini and hopefully you will help me open my restaurant and make my food art as i want.
