The background

Due to the COVID-19 virus we are forced to move our Beyond Storytelling Conference in Berlin from May 2020 to May 2021. To keep the bond, to stimulate further conversation, and – last but not least – to compensate our losses we want to print the conference READER like nothing had happened and release it in May 2020.

The conference READER is an inspiring collection of features, essays, interviews, reflections and stories. With contributions from Mary Alice Arthur, Stephanie Bachmair, Jacques Chlopczyk, Julie Diamond, David Epston, Christine Erlach, Eric Flügge, Roi Gal-Or, Bettina Haasen, Sohail Inayatullah, Ulrich Jungblut, Jeffer London, Michael Margolis, Michael Müller, Adah Parris, Wolfgang Tonninger, Michael White and Meike Ziegler.
 

The financial frame

• To be able to print the READER we have to raise at least 1.500 EURO with this campaign.
• Our target lies on 5.000 EURO to cover part of our expenses for the conference 2020 due to #COVID-19.
• To make it easy for you to decide we created some unique and reasonable perks.
• In the case, we cannot make the first hurdle of 1.500 EURO, we will pay back all the money.

• Why we want to print the READER and not just spread it as pdf?
  • Because we love the format and we think that it is a treasure box for the pillow.
  • Because it is physically serving as a bond for the community, to remind each one of us what inspiring source this can be.
