1st & Goal is a new and exciting docu-series highlighting the Georgia Thoroughbreds and their attempt to repeat a state championship. What makes this series so unique isn’t the arguments among parents, coaches or fans but the powerful voices of these youth stars. You will see how these young athletes balance home and school life all while understanding the importance of dedication, dreaming big and striving to obtain those dreams. The series features a host of intriguing characters, but the standout is a young, humble 7-year-old running back and track sprinter named Dashaun Morris II known to his teammates as FLASH and his highly obsessive father Dashaun Morris. Their relationship is sure to have you on the edge of your seat.
This gorilla style production will capture some very intimate moments that will illustrate that children are not too young to dedicate themselves to a sport with benefits of building life skills, camaraderie, discipline, and potentially receiving a free education. Unlike other youth sports series, we will not be highlighting the destruction of youth bodies. Instead, this series will focus on the discipline, techniques and passion for teamwork that are vital for sustainable success. As a bonus we will be featuring two time NFL Super Bowl champion Brandon Jacobs and his youth football team the North Atlanta Giants. We will capture the journey of the North Atlanta Giants' youth program. Brandon Jacobs with all his experience as a professional NFL player is using his expertise, time and money to invest in the development and growth of a new generation of athletes.

While controversy is what sells today, you will be captivated by the vigorous work ethic and compelling voices of these young athletes instead of being drowned out by loud mouth coaches. While there are some parents featured in this series, this platform belongs to the youth! There's plenty of action coming right at you, like in practice battles over depth chart changes, or in game rivalries between two programs with bad blood, to the famous "Call out game" for bragging rights. There's nothing healthy about watching kids train to deliberately hurt an opposing player, yet there's beauty in witnessing youth play the game with passion, understanding and heart. Georgia is known for its competitive youth football, and this series will highlight two programs and its goal of a state title. With the debate still traveling throughout the country on banning youth football. There's a major joust with those in favor vs those opposing it. There's a demand and responsibility placed on these kids from parents to coaches that some feel is premature. The flip side is the kids received many benefits.
As with any reality series, remember that a season's worth of practice, games, and personal-time footage is cut down to mere hours of actual screen time designed to accentuate drama as much as possible, so it's safe to believe that not every minute of these kids' lives are x's and o's with constant pressure to win as the show might suggest.

Reality TV today is nothing more than idiocy and grown-ups acting like children. Rarely do we see reality TV that leaves families with productive healthy conversation long after the show has ended. This in your face project will introduce you to characters with substance such as community activist and former athlete Dashaun Jiwe Morris and his young athletic hard-working son Dashaun Jiwe Morris II. You will see how Dashaun has dedicated his life to training his son, while using his life's testimony as a blue print to steer his son down the right path.
