Moobox camera requires to work with the hub which is connecting to your home WIFI router. And one hub could connect up to 4 moobox cameras. You could easily setup them around your house and make your home more secure.

The camera is in the sleep mode when everything is fine. And it will wake up immediately to start video recording when any motion is detected. At the same time, an alert with the snapshot will be pushed to your smart phone and let you be aware what is happening. Moobox makes sure you never miss any important moment.

• Are you offering a warranty on moobox cam?

         Yes, we are offering a 1   warranty. 

• Where is the videoclip stored?

There are two options for video recording.Cloud storage — video clips would be stored on our cloud (based on AWS). It would be stored for 7 days and for free.Local storage — The hub could support inside microSD card, and it could support up to 128G.

• Whether 16G local storage would be enough?

The size of 15 seconds videoclip is about 2M. 16G storage can save more than 8000 videoclips and it should be enough for several years.

• How long will it take to fully charge the camera? 

         It will take about 5-6 hours.

• Where do we ship?

       We ship the products worldwide with FREE Shipping.

• Where will you be shipping from? Have you calculated import fees?

We will be shipping from Hong Kong China, so you will need to determine additional fees and import taxes based on your country and we are not responsible for it.

• Can you ensure a shipping date?
