Short Summary
I'm Noah Frazier, and I'm a director at Hortonville High School in Wisconsin. I have a passion for bringing good scripts to life in my short films, and I strongly believe in improving with every project. However, money is necessary to give the scripts the attention they deserve, and for that I turn to the people who have supported me all along in my quest to tell a story to the world. Any donation would be extremely helpful in making my vision come true.
What We Need
Production costs for A Boy's Fear are higher than any other project I've done. Here's why:
- Set design. For "A Boy's Fear" there will be a sizeable cost for making the location look like it should for the script.
- Equipment. We could always use more equipment to expand our storytelling capabilities!
- Crew Costs. Even though my crew is volunteer based, having a group of people working in one place carries costs with it. It's extremely important to keep the crew and the actors comfortable.
- Lighting. We have enough lighting fixtures for this project, but replacement bulbs still cost money.
- Miscellaneous. There are always hidden costs that spring up when I'm least expecting them.
The Impact
Every donation makes a difference! A Boy's Fear is a fantastic script and every donation enables me to bring it to life in a more exciting, unique way. Donate now and get recognized in the credits for helping make this fantastic script into a visual story.
Risks & Challenges
Making a film is always a challenge. The biggest problem that I face when making short films is attracting talent (actors, crew, etc.) to really make the film special. For legal reasons, I won't be able to pay the crew (or myself) for this project. But making the set as comfortable and attractive as possible goes a long way in making a great short film. Unfortunately, this costs money. Without it, the film suffers.
Other Ways You Can Help
Even if you can't donate, please spread the word about this project. Every little bit helps!
