When The Rain Stops Falling
This dynamic play written by Andrew Bovell, is a multi-generational saga interrogating the dichotomy between physical & psychological absence within the family dynamic. The audience follows characters who struggle to navigate the complex landscape of legacy, abandonment, inherited trauma, family secrets, betrayal, and natural disasters. As we disintegrate the boundaries between past, present, & future, the play calls us to question the evolution of our humanity in a dying world.
What We Need & Why
Our goal is to raise $6,000.00 in order to support the incredible artists working on this show.
- 9 Actors, 2 Dramaturg's : $500 each
- Production Support (physical set, safety precautions, design needs, etc.): $500
The Impact
Every person working on this thesis is dedicated to creating a beautiful piece of theatre. We believe that dedication and talent should be appropriately compensated to the best of our ability.
Risks & Challenges
If we are unable to raise $6000.00 we will not be able to support the hardworking artists who make this work come to life. As this industry continues to shift and find ways to thrive in the ever changing world of technology and post-pandemic shut down, we strive too ensure that all artists we work with are properly compensated for their talent. We hope you are able to help us make this a reality for our artists.
