About us:
We are 'Mad Fellows', an independent micro-studio based in the United Kingdom. The team consists of Paul Norris and Dan Horbury.
We've both worked in video games for decades. Before we formed Mad Fellows in 2013, we worked for FreeStyleGames on the DJ Hero and Guitar Hero series and, before that, at Codemasters on various motor racing titles.
After releasing Aaero in 2017, we started full-time work on Aaero2. It's been a very long labour of love. The result is something that we are extremely proud of.

Platforms:
As we are such a small team, it just isn't viable to launch simultaneously on all platforms while still giving each version and its players the care and attention they deserve.
We'll release first on Xbox Series S/X and follow up shortly afterwards with PC Steam.
If that all goes well, we'll then look to expand the list of platforms further.

What We Need & What You Get:
Aaero2 is 99% complete. We aren't asking you to back a project that still has years of development left to do. We expect to release in September 2024. We just need a bit of help getting over the finish line.
In return, we'd like you to be a part of Aaero2.
As backers, you'll receive your digital copies of the game as soon as we have them (probably before general release) and you'll also be able to see your name or personalised message in the credits.

Risks & Challenges:
We've put everything we have into Aaero2 and we plan to support, update and expand the game for a long time to come. We've built the game with that in mind.
The video game industry is always unpredictable and it's impossible to predict how things will go.
With that in mind, we decided to not crowdfund until we were confident that our backers would be rewarded within a reasonable time-frame. We did the same thing as we came to a close on the first Aaero game.
This doesn't mean we don't really need the funding. We absolutely do. When I say we put everything we had into Aaero2, I really meant it.
Additional funds will allow us to work on porting Aaero to Steam as we approach the launch of the game on Xbox Series S/X. We'd like to make the game available to players on as many platforms as possible as soon as possible.

Other Ways You Can Help:
If you can't afford to contribute, you can still help us by sharing this campaign and telling your friends about Aaero2. The most difficult thing as an indie developer is trying to be heard amongst the behemoth marketing campaigns of the big publishers. Every single share means a lot to us and is greatly appreciated. x
