How much does Air-33 weigh?
Air-33 weighs only 33.5lbs. We custom-designed our ElectroBike to ensure that the frame and foldability will allow for easy transport and storage.
What is the maximum weight Air-33 can support?
At Electrobike, our products has been fine tuned and tested repeatedly. The maximum weight limit of the Air-33 is 275 lbs. The frame is highly durable and the seat is both weatherproof and super resistant.
What are the bike measurements from the floor to the saddle?
The maximum seat height (from floor to seat) is 38" / 96.5cm.
Can the battery be charged by pedaling?
As of right now, the battery must be plugged in to charge (the bike comes with a charger). However, we are looking into this feature and will keep you updated on any changes.
What is the distance/ range of Air-33?
Air-33 has a range of 25 miles and the Air-33 PLUS has a range of 35 miles with hybrid pedal assist. You can feel the power every time you pedal or just sit back and cruise on the fully electric motor.
Can the battery be removed?
Yes! The lithium battery can be removed or replaced with 2 easy steps. All you have to do is unlock it with the anti-theft key, pull out the battery and you're done!
Can I still bike on the Air-33 if the battery runs out of power?
Definitely! Even if you run out of power, you can cycle as you would do on a regular bicycle. The Air-33 still is a breeze to ride even without the motor.
How long does it take the battery to fully charge?
The battery charges in 2-3 hours with the upgraded fast charger (AIR.33 Plus) between 3-4 hours with the regular charger.
Will the charger work with 120V and 220V outlets around the world?
Yes, the charger is rated 100-240V. Works in every country and you can order extra chargers at electrobike.com
What is the life-span of the battery?
The battery lasts an estimated 2 years, equivalent to hundreds of charges. The Air-33 contains a Li-ion battery Standard Version 36V 8AmpH. And the Air-33 PLUS contains a Panasonic 36V 10AmpH, which uses the same cells as those of the Tesla Model S.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
All Air-33 ElectroBikes come with two years warranty. Maintenance can be performed at ElectroBike stores, your local bike shop, and you can buy any part at ElectroBike.com. If you encounter any production related default, be sure to contact us so we can relay this to our customer support and take care of it.
How do you change the gears?
AIR-33 comes with a 7 gear shimano casssette, and you change gears like a regular bike, just shift the lever!
What does the LCD Computer Dashboard do?
The LCD Computer Dashboard gives you access to speed, battery level, and distance traveled. It also includes 6 levels of assistance
Do I need a license to ride Air-33?
No, but we recommend you to check your local legislation just to be sure!

What is your return-policy?
We are offering you a 10 days money back guarantee after you have received your Air-33, because we are so confident that you will love your new bike. However, if you are unsatisfied and would like to return your ElectroBike, it must be in new and in re-sellable condition.
Can I pick the bike up myself to save on shipping costs?
Unfortunately no, we will ship all the bikes from our warehouse
How much are the additional taxes/duties and who is responsible for them?

Can I order Air-33 if I live outside the U.S?
Yes! We will ship anywhere in the world for $250. USA is $200, but if you order a 2 pack you will be given a $100 usd discount on shipping.
Should I wear a helmet?
Yes! We care about your safety, that's why we recommend always wearing a helmet while riding your Air-33.
Are the fender lights connected to the bike power?
Yes. We value convenience, that's why we designed the lights to be connected to the battery so they don't need to be charged separately.
How much do the fenders weigh?
The fenders weight is only 2lbs. At ElectroBike we custom-designed the Air-33 to be light enough for anyone to carry.
