JANN VANN SPIKE: Ye Olde Wine Port’s Sommelier (Captain and resident Wine Expert) because of her flight commanding skills and unrivaled palate. Grove developed a magical tastevin that can recreate the elements in the space surrounding his ship and quickly put them into a safe liquid form. Jann can taste the vastness of space from the enchanted tastevin she wears around her neck and determine things like: how many ships have been nearby recently, what type of world they originated from and have been to recently, if a battle has taken place nearby and the types of weapons used, the best and most aromatic flavors from a nearby world, and more! She can even taste the weak spots in an enemy ship’s hull.
