Q - How long does Axum’s battery last?

A. Playtime is 4 hours, with an additional 4 hours in the portable charging case.

Q - Can Axum’s earbuds be used under a helmet?

A. Yes, thanks to Axum’s compact design, you’ll be able to use our earbuds under your helmet. Keep in mind, however, that you’ll need to press the earpiece to answer calls, so when wearing a helmet, keep your smartphone within reach.

Q - Can these earbuds be used in a single-mono setting?

A. No, our earbuds can only be used for stereo listening. Also, both the left and right earbuds must be worn for maximum audio enjoyment.

Q - Can I use these earbuds to answer phone calls?

A. Yes, there’s a built-in mic for phone calls, Siri, Google Now, etc.

Q - What’s the standby time like?

A. Standby time is about 200 hours.

Q - How many recharges can a fully-charged case provide?

A. You can recharge our earbuds 5 times before needing to charge the case again.

Q - When I decide to take out my earbuds, where can I store them?

A. There’s a leash included with the case we send our customers, in case you want to take out your earbuds to speak with someone.

Q - What devices will Axum’s earbuds work with?

A. Our earbuds work with any Bluetooth 3.0 device and up, so you shouldn’t have an issue connecting them to any electronic device manufactured after 2011.

Q - Can these earbuds connect to 2 devices at the same time?

A. No, they can only be paired with 1 device at a time.

Q - Are these earbuds waterproof?

A. Yes, they’re waterproof. However, we don’t recommend swimming with them.

Q - What’s Axum’s product warranty like?

A. Our earbuds come with a 2-year warranty. This warranty starts when you receive your earbuds, not when an order is placed.
