What We Need & What You Get
We want to produce a musical, and YOU can help:
- The amount that we get donated, will go directly towards funding the show. We will use this money for the set, props, and other show expenses.
- If you contribute to this fundraiser, you will be listed as a contributor to the show in the playbill, as well as receive other perks, depending on the amount you give!
The Impact
The difference your contribution makes:
- As a small theatre company in Chicago, we strive to put on entertaining shows for our audience to enjoy. To make this the best independent show we can, we need your help.
- With your help, we can make this show more professional and more entertaining for our audience.
- We have an idea, vision and passion for this show, and with your contribution, we can actualize it.
Risks & Challenges
Obstacles we face:
- Chicago has an amazing independent and professional theatre scene, and some smaller shows get lost in the shuffle. We are trying to do something different than other groups in the city and with this fundraiser, we want to bring the community together, to show what we can do, if we work hard.
- This show isn't for everyone. Some people have very specific ideas of what musical theatre is, and should be. We strive to take a different approach, have fun, and entertain. If you like musicals like, "Heathers," "Little Shop of Horrors," or, "Evil Dead: The Musical," then there's a good chance that there's something here you'll enjoy.
Other Ways You Can Help
Some people just can't contribute, but that doesn't mean they can't help:
- If you aren't able to donate to the campaign, it's okay! Please spread the word and use social media to get the word out.
And that's all there is to it.
