We are producing a documentary film commemorating the 1815 Battle of New Orleans and 2015 Bicentennial Celebration.

Our documentary will revisit the historical significance that the Battle of New Orleans played in the United States remaining free from British rule. We will also explore the important roles that both Women and African Americans played in this battle that changed the course of history.

In addition to utilizing social media and public television for distribution, our plan is to make our documentary available, free of charge, to Louisiana museums, libraries and high schools across the State. We have created a dynamic and informative Facebook page that will offer free online resources for viewers, teachers and students around the world.

We are currently accepting private support to make this educational documentary and interactive resource a reality. Everyone that supports our efforts in this project will receive a commemorative copy for their contribution.

Please look here for more information on how you can support "The Battle of New Orleans; A Bicentennial Documentary".
