Do you ship worldwide?
We do ship worldwide! The countries we cannot ship to are Myanmar, Burma, Syria, and Lebanon.

How much does it cost for shipping?
Shipping costs primarily depend on two factors - the number of jackets ordered, and shipping country. Click on any available reward tier and select your "shipping destination". The shipping cost will be listed there.

How can I order a jacket NOW?
Although BauBax 2.0 will not ship until August 2018, you can purchase the first generation jacket from our website - www.baubax.com

How is BauBax 2.0 different than the original?
We have put a lot of time and effort into the improvements. We have added new features, improved the fabrics, better quality trims, better sizing, etc

How does the sizing of BAUBAX 2.0 jackets compare to the original jackets that you launched in 2015?
We have designed the new jackets to be more aligned with US sizing standards. If you are a non-US customer, simply follow our sizing chart and our jackets should fit you just fine.

Are the jackets washable or dry-clean only?
All our jackets and vest will be machine washable.

Are the jackets waterproof?
The Windbreakers will be water-repellent, and the Bombers and Vests will be water-resistant:
Water-repellent = not easily penetrated by water; provides more protection than water-resistant. 
Water-resistant = is able to provide some protection from water in smaller volumes but not 100% protection

I have your 1.0 jacket and would love to have the footrest. Will accessories be available for purchase separately?
No. The BAUBAX 2.0 accessories are not available separately for purchase.

How do I pick my style, color, pattern and size when I order my jackets or back this project?
After the campaign closes you will receive a survey. That survey will ask you to enter your exact shipping address and choose the style, color, pattern and size of jackets you would like to have (depending on the reward tier you backed). We will use that information from the survey to fulfill your request when the jackets are ready to ship.

While placing the order or backing this project, I was not asked to enter my shipping address. How will you know where to ship?
After the campaign closes, you will receive a survey. That survey will ask you to enter your exact shipping address and choose the style, color, pattern and size of jackets you would like to have (depending on the reward tier you backed). We will use that information from the survey to fulfill your request when the jackets are ready to ship.

If I choose a reward that offers more than one item - such as, 'PACK OF 2', 'PACK OF 3', etc. Will I get to choose any style?
Yes. If you pledge for a reward that offers more than one item, for example, PACK OF 2 - You will get to choose any two BAUBAX 2.0 products/styles. 
You can have the two styles to be the same or different. Example: you could order 2 Vests, or 2 Sweatshirts, 2 Windbreakers or 2 Bombers, etc. Or you could mix and match such as 1 Vest and 1 Bomber, or 1 Windbreaker and 1 Sweatshirt, and so on
