BEATIFIC

We are a group of Final Year Contemporary Media Practise (CMP) students at the University of Westminster and we are in the pre-production stage of our graduate film BEATIFIC. The stories origins comes from our writers love of the female grunge/alternative rock icons of the 90's to the Early 2000's. It's main influence came from delving into the world of Courtney Love & Brody Dalle who rose to prominence in both Grunge & Punk scenes in North America. 

Beatific follows the story of "Fauna Mae" who is the modern day equivalent to Courtney & Brody. The film deals with modern social issues surrounding addiction, devotion and destruction of oneself.

The project is extremely ambitious, and is in need of your help & support for the production to continue. We are aiming for £2,500, for production costs including locations, equipment and expenses for our cast and extended crew.
