SIZE
Blocc comes in two sizes: Medium and Large. The width for both sizes are identical. It is based on that of 3M’s protective eyewear, which provides a universal fit for adults.
The 3D models below are based on the dimensions of the average adult male and female head. The female model on the left is wearing the medium size and the male model on the right is wearing the large size.
WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
1. Measure the length between the center point of your eyebrows and the tip of your chin. 2. Compare your measurement with the lengths shown on the 3D models below. * We recommend the large size for men and medium size for women.
ITERATIONS
We devoted all our time and effort developing Blocc over the past four months. Thanks to 3D-printing, we were able to create a number of prototype iterations, conduct extensive product testing, and refine every aspect of the design to ensure comfort, style, and functionality.

OUR STORY: HOW BLOCC BEGAN
As a team of three young men from South Korea, we conceived the idea of Blocc in the early stages of the pandemic as we noticed how often pedestrians were touching their faces—a habit, as warned by the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control, that significantly increases the risk of infection. Upon further research, we learned that the average person subconsciously touches their face roughly 23 times an hour. Therefore, it seemed logical to create a product that would deter this habit.
The first item that came in mind was a face shield. After all, the purpose of a face shield is, as its name suggests, to shield the face. Seeing that the standard ones on the market were bulky, uncomfortable, and far from aesthetically pleasing, we decided to design one that would combine style with safety—a face shield that would look and feel like a fashion accessory without compromising function.
After months of nonstop design and sleepless nights, we finalized our design and launched Blocc on Kickstarter in the summer of 2020. Since then, Blocc has raised over $1 million worldwide and became one of the most popular personal protective equipment for everyday use.

Q. Won't it fog up? Does it scratch up easily? A: Blocc is coated with anti-fog and anti-scratch coatings to mitigate fogging and minor scratches.
Q: How should I clean Blocc? Can I use alcohol / lysol wipes? A: No, Blocc should be rinsed with dish soap and warm water only.
U.S. ORDERS
All shipments in the U.S. are shipped via ground delivery from our warehouse in California within 3-5 business days after placing your order. Our logistics partner will provide your tracking number once they’re ready to ship your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders for countries outside the U.S. will be shipped via air delivery from South Korea. Due to the current global pandemic and a high volume of orders, shipping may take as long as 14 business days. Our logistics partner will provide your tracking number once they’re ready to ship your order.
* Please Note: All fees imposed during or after shipping, such as duties, customs, and taxes, must be covered by the customer. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival. Should you choose not to make the payment, the item will be returned to us at our expense. Hence, we will not be able to provide you with a refund. We are unable to mark your package as a gift. It will be marked with its correct retail value.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of PPE and the possibilities for contamination, we cannot accept returns on Blocc Face Shield. While we have excellent quality control at our factory, we would, of course, make exceptions for defects. Please send us accompanying proof of any quality issues via email at info@blocc.kr within 7 days of its delivery to you. Our customer service team may request that you provide additional images or videos for our inspections team to examine the defect fairly and thoroughly. Should our inspections team conclude that your item is indeed defective, we will send you a new Blocc Face Shield.
