APP FAQ
How can I enable and disable the BlueSpin notifications?
One players wants notifications, the other might not. Don’t worry. Using the settings on your iPhone or iPad you can manage the notifications and indicate which type of notifications you would like to receive. For an Android device you can change the settings for notifications in the app itself.
Problems with updating or downloading BlueSpin app?
If you have a problem with the App Store, you should contact Apple, or Google in case you are using an Android device. The developers of BlueSpin are not involved in the purchasing and downloading process.
How can I practice BlueSpin by myself?
At the start screen, click on “Practice mode”. Here you can practice separate rounds offline.
What is skill level or BlueSpin ranking?
BlueSpin trick game calculates your skill level on the basis of an algorithm. Put simply, whenever you beat other BlueSpin players your skill level will increase, and whenever you lose your skill level will decrease. The amount of points that you gain or lose depends on the skill level of your opponent.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on ‘Forgot password’ at the login screen. BlueSpin will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

When BlueSpin expected to ship?
Blu-spin is scheduled to ship September 2017.
How will my order be shipped?
We will be shipping with the most suitable premium courier and that will vary between countries. All shipments will have tracking which will be emailed to you once the delivery has been shipped.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries excluding the following which have been flagged by courier services as restricted or high risk: Belarus, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Syria & Zimbabwe. If you would like a shipment to any these countries we will make alternative arrangements that may cost more, however we cannot guarantee the shipment's arrival.
Can you provide tracking numbers for packages?
Yes, all orders can be tracked. Once an order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a tracking number.
Will I need to pay any VAT or import tax?
We will be shipping from Italy. Hence for countries that accept shipments from these countries VAT or tax free there are no additional duties or taxes.
