About BNdot
This pen is designed to improve on the common flaws one will find in everyday carry pens such as crappy plastic, garbage clip, and lack of durability. It has a 304 stainless steel body and a patent-pending clip-push retractable mechanism which prevents the clip from loosening and the tip from deploying in your bag or pocket. More importantly, it brings your imagination to life on paper with a simple CLICK of the clip.

Tooling & Preproduction:
Our tooling and preproduction will be approximately $15,000 based on the current design.

Minimum Order Quanities (MOQ):
Factories often require MOQ - thousands of units per design. This is a huge risk for a startup. Indiegogo can validate whether you should produce the product or not.

Patent:
The patent we have filed protect this simple idea from being knocked off by every pen manufacturer on the planet.

Development:
Ideas are worthless without execution. Over the next few months we will need to manage and oversee development, tooling and production to make sure the products live up to your expectations.

Risks & Challenges
We are working with extremely experienced machining and finishing suppliers that are used to handling quantities well over the amount that are typical for crowdfunding campaigns. Even with all of our preparation and due diligence, there may still be surprises in the production run of BNdot that may cause delays which can happen as raw materials have to be replaced or arrive late etc. and create unanticipated setbacks. Though it is highly unlikely, if this kind of scenarios takes place, frequent communication and transparency with our contributors is our top priority.
Our main challenge is to achieve our funding goal and be able to place our first production order. Your help is essential and we will ensure our promise of superior quality.
If we will get highly overfunded, all products will be packaged and sent by a professional logistics warehouse so we will be able to pack shipments quickly and without mistakes.
RAQs
1. Can the engraving be different for each pen?
Yes, the engraving can certainly be different for each pen. That's our intention so that BNdot can be your ideal gift for the Holiday Season!
2. For the Full Colletion, can the three colors be changed to two, or even one?
After the campaign ends, we will send out a survey from to make sure all the information is up-to-date. By the time, if you want your collection perk split in two colors or even all in the same color instead of a full collection, you can let us know.
3. States that you’ll take my money even if the goal isn’t reached. Will I still get the pens?
It is a flexible-funded campaign. However, you will still get you pens even though the goal isn't reached.
4. Do I need to send you the message/name that I'd like to be engraved on the pen?
We figure it'd be better if we wait until the end of our campaign to collect all message/name that will later be engraved on your pens. Again, we will send out a survey form for your custom engraving during the making of the BNdot.
