Short Summary
Broken Service is a film about veteran suicide and the stigma of mental health in the military.
It's a gut-wrenching story of buried emotions bursting to the surface and the havoc untreated mental illness can cause.
It's a call to arms for the military to develop better policies and implement systems to help active duty service members and veterans alike get the treatment they need.
It's also a story about hope, about confronting and destigmatizing mental illness and the mental health of veterans and active duty service members.
It's a story about admitting to yourself it's okay to need help. It's okay to talk about it, and it's important to get help.

We Need Your Help
This is a story that needs to be told in the absolute best way possible. Our veterans deserve nothing less, and that is where you come in. We are asking for $35,000 to fully fund this film. We are looking at a five to six day shoot across several locations. Most of the funds received will go to pay for equipment rentals, paying our wonderful cast and crew, location costs, props, wardrobe and make-up, along with post-production costs like editing and scoring. Lastly, some of the funds will go to distribution. We need as many eyes and ears on this as possible and will be submitting to festivals around the world.

If in the event we do not reach our goal on our first run, whatever we have will be spent on making the best film we possibly can. We will share with you our work and progress and launch a second campaign to push us through post-production and beyond.
Other Ways You Can Help
If you cannot contribute any funds there are still many ways for you to help us. Share this page on every social media platform and spread the word to everyone you know.
