Why does Brush Lee achieve the function of auto-foaming?

After almost one year trials and testing, finally Brush Lee comes out. Multiple functions with one button click, it’s really convenient while brushing, especially for kids and the elder.

How does it vibrate?

Here is how the magic happens. After testing many types of motors, magnetic suspension sonic motor is our final choice. Such motors produce high frequency acoustic vibrations that create cavitation effects in the periodontal instance.

The sound energy transmitted by each bristles produces a cavitation effect, which effectively cleans the teeth.

Wireless Charging

The body is equipped with the latest charging technology. The built-in wireless charging (Qi) module adopts ABS flame retardant material.  

Waterproof

IPX7 waterproof, you can wash the whole body of the machine. No need to worry about any damage of the brush.

Mouthpiece

Most of toothbrush bristles currently sols on the market, both traditional and E- toothbrushes are nylon bristles. It cleans the teeth by a large amount of physical mechanical friction, but at the same time, it is easy to damage the enamel and cause bleeding gums.

However, we choose the medical grade liquid silicone for the bristle, which has excellent physiological inertia and chemical inertness. It is widely used in baby pacifiers and medical supplies. It is soft and comfortable without damaging the gums and enamel. It does not cause any foreign sensation in the mouth, so it’s the ideal toothbrush material.

As for the bristle design, we refer to The Bass Method of Brushing recommended by the American Dental Association. Accordingly, the bristle and the teeth are aligned at an angle of 45°, and with testing and trials, the combination of the shape, length, thickness and arrangement of various bristle is perfect to achieve the best effect.

Now, there are 1244 bristles on one Brush Lee mouthpiece. On average, each tooth is cleaned by nearly 38 bristles with comprehensive vibration cleaning.

Where is toothpaste?

It is hard to imagine that Brush Lee as a fully automatic toothbrush would ask a user to squeeze toothpaste.

With Brush Lee, you don’t even need to squeeze your own toothpaste because it is already done for you at the touch of a button. 

Brush Lee uses specialized toothpaste liquid. Compared with regular paste toothpaste, the toothpaste liquid can achieve rapid and even bubbling that can collaborate perfectly with our brush.

You can change the time and intensity of brushing by changing the personal preference settings in the Brush Lee App. Such datas, like the number of days the brush used and the amount of power of the toothbrush are shown on the app

Compared with the traditional toothbrush, what makes Brush Lee different? 

Brushing your teeth is a daily routine, but not every one takes it seriously. The average brushing time is 60 seconds, not 180 seconds which is often recommended by dentists.

You would spend 131 days on brushing teeth through your whole life, and ninety percent of tooth and gum disease is caused by improper brushing.

You should brush your teeth every time up to a total of 180 seconds. It only takes 10 seconds to use Brush Lee.

There’re about 32 teeth on the mouth, which adds up to 96 teeth surfaces overall. On average, traditional toothbrushes only brush per tooth surface for 1.875 seconds . But Brush Lee cleans teeth surfaces from all-round, and achieves the efficient brushing in 10 seconds by the high frequency vibration. This is far more than the actual time your teeth were brushed for, and achieves a fast and effective brushing effect.

We conducted product trial and research after the small-scale manufacturing, and based on that result we have tested and optimized almost all components of the product, such as the mouthpiece, motors, batteries and pumps.
