WHAT IS NEEDED?
1. Money to pay cast & crew - We have such a talented cast and crew of people who we feel deserves to be paid for their hard work and time.
2. Money to pay travel expenses/transportation - Buzz Dudes has a high demand of talent from all over the country who are interested. In this we will use some of the funding to pay for travel expenses as well as have reliable accommodations for non-local cast & crew.
3. Money to help provide food & drinks - We're expecting to shoot this project for a week straight with almost no rest, we know during filming we will definitely need some money to help provide drinks and food for the hardworking cast and crew members.
WHY THIS PROJECT?
Your contribution to this project will be life changing for me and the team involved with this project. This project means a lot to me because it is a story that is very relevant to today's society. This project is something that I believe many people can relate to and connect with. It has amazing social commentary that connects with a lot of relatable and touchy subjects. I feel this is a project that will get people talking, which will open up a door on many topics that should be addressed and acknowledged. It features a diverse group of characters, as it builds an interesting story. So why this project? It's original, it's different, and not many films like this are being made. I want to create a film that takes risks and I want to be able to create something interesting, something that will make the audience feel all emotions while watching it. The only way this project can be made the right way is if I get the right amount of support. I have been making films for years and I have never received any support. I always worked hard to finance a film myself because I have always been the kind of person to never ask for help from anyone. Rather, I always helped others, putting them before myself. For once I am breaking out of my shell and finally asking for help on something that I am so passionate about: making films.
ABOUT ME
My name is Steve Robinson. I am a student film director from Rhode Island. I am now joining the indie scene to create my first feature film. I have been making films since I was 12 years old and it's always been a dream of mine to make a legit movie. When I went to college that's when I started to study film and expand my interests. I started watching films which pushed me out of my comfort zone, which then allowed me to learn about different types of people, different backgrounds of people, and different types of stories that can be told. Over the years I have been trying to make films, but I have never had any support. I had to use my own funds to make films in the past, gaining nothing from it. I would make films while being the director, the producer, the cameraman, you name it, I was it all. I'd do everything behind the scenes and it has taken a toll on me physically and mentally. I don't have much support when it comes to my dreams, all I really have is myself. I haven't attempted to make a film since 2019 right before the pandemic. I almost gave up because I was always alone doing this. However, for the first time I have a cast & crew who not only believe in the project but they believe in me. That's what is inspiring me to go all out and ask for help.

Some people just can't contribute, but that doesn't mean they can't help:
