Pierangeli Llinás Screenwriter, producer and actress was born in the city of Barranquilla, Colombia. At very young age Mrs. Llinás relocated to Bogotá where she began her acting career. Her first acting gig was in the production “Vendabal” at the tender age of 14. Mrs. Llinás is licensed by the Colombian Ministry of Education in Performing Arts. She has worked on an average of 24 soap operas, including the quite successful “Pero Sigo Siendo el Rey”, “Candela”, ” Dios se lo Pague” and TV series like ”Pandillas Guerra y Paz” and “El Fiscal” among many others. In Venezuela, participated in soap operas such as “Estefania”, ” El Despertar”, “Molinos de Viento”, “Mabel Valdez”. She started on film at early age of 15 years with the Colombo / German film “Respetables Delincuentes”, ” El Corsario Negro” Colombia / Italy, “Eroticon”Colombia /Mexico, “The Return of Django” Italy, “The King of Salsa”, ”Carmen G” in the United States. In addition theater ventured as a child, in works like “The Cat with Boots” and “Little red riding hood” and later in “Martyr of Calvary” and Mario Vargas Llosa’s, “Pantaleón y las visitadoras”. In the United States has appeared in several TV, Radio ads as voice over talent. During her artistic trajectory received several awards among them, Antena Award at her 14 years, 1984 India Catalina Best Cast and Soap Opera “Pero Sigo Siendo El Rey”; Latin Art Awards for Actress of the Year 2009 & Big Apple Award for Excellence 2009. In 2010 the Governor of NYS David A. Paterson and its executive chamber congratulated her achievements and valuable contributions in the cultural landscape and the film industry of NYC., in 2009 The New York Mayor, Mr. Michael Bloomberg, celebrated personally the idea about the production and later in 2011 trough the NYC offices, the Mayor Mr.Bloomberg awarded the stamp "Made In New York" seal to be stamped to the Film "Carmen G" which proud is part of your support.
