WHO ARE THE SISTERS?
Chartreuse Sisters is a sister-owned French-American fusion patisserie cafe that we started in our home kitchen under Cottage Food Law in October 2019. Mallory is the younger sister, pastry chef & recipe designer. Alyson is the older sister, marketing manager, photographer & head of beverage. We are currently in the process of rehabilitating our future storefront at 800 Wealthy Street Grand Rapids, MI and we need your help in order to bring our vision to life!
WHAT'S FRENCH-AMERICAN FUSION?
Our products are inspired by our French-American heritage and our nostalgic food & drink experiences from traveling here and abroad. We combine French & American techniques and pair them with flavor profiles found in both cuisines to create unique and exciting treats!

Chartreuse Sisters is for the adventurer! Our mission is to create a transportive experience for YOU; taking you from the streets of Grand Rapids, MI to a relaxing patisserie in Paris, France! To introduce you to new flavors, textures and aromas.
Treat yourself to a monthly rotating menu of French style pastries, garnished mocktails and an excellent espresso menu, in a calming atmosphere. Our products are created using high quality ingredients, sourced locally when possible.
We are proud & excited to be partnering exclusively with Grand Rapids' Madcap for our coffee selection!
HOW WILL THE MONEY BE USED?
Since our last crowdfunding campaign we have been able to purchase essential Kitchen & Bar equipment! In this next phase for our business we are focusing on the tools needed to bring our vision to life and provide the best customer service for you!
This includes:

-Interior Design, Decor, Lighting
-Signage with Installation & Permits
