To be honest, this album is already a reality, and the vinyl, CDs, and cassettes are currently in manufacturing. So it’s almost a done deal!

Don’t get me wrong, this album is great! It’s our first 100% original CD since “No Compromise” back in 2009. In this project, we return to our roots with sounds and lyrical themes similar to “Soul Fire” and “Valley of Decision.”
Let’s face it: the world seems to be getting darker and darker every day. But it’s always darkest before the light.
In the past, we’ve sung about “Steppin’ outta Babylon.” But on this album cover, the prophet is stepping back into Babylon one last time to deliver a final warning.
Like Jonah in Nineveh, this album is a clarion call to repentance. It gives a guttural punch to the wicked ways of the world.
Many have called this project prophetic -- not because it deals with prophecy or in any way tries to foretell the future. “The Prophet” instead relays the Word of God in a relevant and timely manner for today.
Every single song is clearly inspired by the Word of God, so while it may broach some serious themes, it is not without highlights of hope in songs like “Great Light (Thank You Father),” “Waterfall,” and “Today." For many, it hearkens back to the days of “WordSound&Power” and “No Compromise.”
But what’s even more significant than this album is the Great Commission!
As musicianaries, we’ve been privileged to minister in 90+ nations over the last 35 years. However, one country has remained elusive to us: Japan.
Sidenote: Did you know that the majority of “The Prophet” was written on a recent trip to Hawaii that yielded 15 original songs in just 15 days?
We love the Hawaiian Islands. We’ve demoed and written many of our albums and filmed several videos there. We are currently touring there right now!
No other place has shaped our sound and band over the years like Hawaii – Heck, our keyboardist and one of our managers are from there!
And no other nation has influenced and impacted Hawaii like Japan.
Did you know that in Japan, currently only 1% are born-again Christians?
That’s why we are taking a massive step of faith and journeying to the “Land of the Rising Sun” to tell this beautiful nation about God’s true risen Son.
