The idea for CIREN was born in several situations of friends or colleagues were help or support was needed. We had the idea to offer a kind of alarm connected with some helpful functions.

CIREN was invented to combine handsome design and wearable technology with the social networked and mobile applications.

The first prototype has proven that CIREN can realize the vision of a smart alarm device with huge range of functionality. The money will be used for developing CIREN to serial production, to finalize the software and iOS and Android app and to step into the market. We will settle the company in USA and Germany in parallel. Our team in CA is focusing on SW development the team in Germany on hardware and design. Our company is currently registered in UK, were we can make us of high skilled developers for commercial products in cooperating company nearby.

Developed based on real life experience

“I have invented the CIREN smart private alarm based on experiences in real life. I am a black belt full contact Karate Trainer and I am teaching women and children in self-defence. During me courses we are discussing records and experience of the daily live and I recognized: in more than 50% of the situation a smart alarm system could have been a perfect prevention or help.”

The CIREN (the name comes from “Cyber” and “Siren”) was invented as a very smart, easy to use system which can be used for a couple of other very nice functions. But during in our development with some UK partners, we also faced some complexity in getting it smart and reliable. We had to develop some new algorithms and we had to find a good concept of getting a hardware with all this functionalities into a handsome nice and small design!

But we succeed! The first prototypes proofed the concept and all my friends and business partners are very excited and the pushed us to get to the next step: the development to the serial product and to sell it to the market.

Theft Warning Function

In the warning mode,  CIREN is reminding you when loosing contact to your smartphone or any object it is attached to.

If you want to secure your personal thinks, you only have to select the “the theft warning function” in the CIREN App and attach it to your personal belonging. As soon as your distance to the object is more than 10m the alarm starts to remind or inform you. The object can be traced with the smart phone during the battery lifetime of CIREN (appr. 12h).

Kids Care Function

CIREN can do more! If you want to provide your children more safety, CIREN will deliver an important part. In this functional mode, CIREN uses its integrated GPS (in the optional version) and a combination of standard functions to enable a tracking of your child if it gets in troubles. The functions can be used on both sides: either so send a help request if your Child has no chance to call you by phone, or you can trace a location and you will get warned if you Child is leaving this area.

Senior Care Function

Older people are suffering from limited mobility and might get in problems in their home or if they are outside. Besides having a own smart phone, CIREN can be an additional help which can be worn like a hanger around the neck. Using the entire bidirectional communication with the smartphone, following functionalities can be part of the senior care:

Usage of the Funds

The funding of the project will be used for the 3 next stages of our project: development to a serial product, application development and marketing. Based in UK we have access to all kinds engineering and development facilities including a very strong software development team. Our company staff will focus on business and market development as well as on customer relation management – and off course on the ongoing development of the CIREN product and functionality.

Development to a Serial Product

The CIREN Product is in a prototype stage which shows the feasibility of the functionality. The core components are ready to be transfers to large volume serial products and an automated assembly line is ready designed. One major part of the development cost goes into a final product design to decide for the right long lasting material with a good optical quality and haptic. Another major part goes into quality and reliability testing to ensure a proper function of over lifetime.

Application development

The mobile application is the second heart of CIREN. The big range of different functionalities are all supported and controlled by the mobile app. To integrate hardware functionalities with a huge range onalities and the integration to social network, we have designed a CIREN App Suite for a n easy access to to different main types of functions.

The development of the application is done by our dedicated software team at a preferred software house with years of experience in mobile applications and wearable solutions. A professional quality assurance ensures a perfect functionality and reliability of CIREN.

Sales and Marketing

We are focusing on getting CIREN into a fast market entry. This needs a multilevel marketing mainly based on three pillars: network marketing in social networks, advertisement in video and tube sites, and other media and as third pillar direct marketing via sales channels.

As distribution and sales channels we have decided to use online shops but also local shops and shop chains and finally gyms, PTs and dedicated organizations.
