For years, people have been inspired by the story of how Harland Sanders went from a sixth-grade dropout to the inventor of a fried chicken empire. Unfortunately, reading books is uncomfortably boring for most people. So we will tell the story in a way that has captivated the world since whenever somebody realized you can tell stories by spinning around on the ice.

Colonel on Ice is a real ice-show production that we will produce, with real ice skaters telling the real-life story of Colonel Sanders through the art of ice figure skating. We will hire professional ice skaters, a choreographer, and costume designers and reserve an ice-skating rink with seating somewhere in the US. There’s still a lot to figure out, but with your support we’ll see this dream turned into a reality.

We’ve already begun talks with ice-skating-show production companies who will help us hire top skaters and costume designers and find a venue somewhere in the US to put on the show. If this campaign reaches its funding goal, Colonel on Ice will become a glorious, holy-moly-I-can’t-believe-this-really-exists reality.

We’re going to create a real ice show about Colonel Sanders’s life story, featuring all the things you expect from real ice shows, including:

• A venue that can seat 1000+ people
