LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT MY PROJECT CALLED DARK SARAH.....

The ones who don´t know me yet my name is Heidi Parviainen, I´m a classical singer from Finland.You may know me better from by previous band, Amberian Dawn. In 2012 our path together came to its´ end. Back then I already knew I wanted to make something different, something that would not maybe be so "radio friendly" but would create a whole new world around the music, genuine music that would combine elements of film music and metal music and even some music theater too. And so I started a very ambitious project, DARK SARAH, where all the elements: music, story, lyrics, music videos, photos etc. would support each other like in a good movie.

DARK SARAH´s DEBUT ALBUM CALLED "BEHIND THE BLACK VEIL..."

....is a concept album. It follows a certain story line and tells a story of Sarah who after a personal trauma changes to her meaner side persona Dark Sarah. The album will be published digitally in 3 episodes and at the moment only for the Indie GoGo supporters. The EPISODE I got full funding here on Indie GoGo and has already been published for the contributors. Now Dark Sarah is ready for the second round! Are you?

EPISODE II will bring you...

...the darker and heavier sound of Dark Sarah. Where the EPISODE I presented the more solitude and melancholic side of Sarah the EPISODE II will welcome the remorseless and cruel Dark Sarah. We said goodbye to sorrowful Sarah and saluted Dark Sarah the first time in a duet "Memories Fall" with Manuela Kraller (ex-Xandria). The EPISODE II will be featured by Inga Scharf of Van Canto in a duet with me. EPISODE II will include 4 NEW cinematic metal songs!

Dark Sarah needs your help to continue the story to EPISODE II. We are new comers and work without a label, your support is what counts! On the last Indie GoGo Campaign your generous contributions brought us victorious full funding for the EPISODE I! Thank you! This time we would need your help to reach 5000€ to cover the costs of recording, mixing and arranging the music and purchasing the sold goods.

If by this campaign we would reach 10 000€, we could already record the EPISODE III and make a CD! So let´s see how far we can go!

What sizes are available for the shirt & where do I pick?
Standard sizes of S-XL will be available. Prior to shipment we'll send you an email and you'll be able to choose your size.

When will the physical CD come out?
If we manage to reach the full funding 10 000€ now! Meaning if we can record both EPISODE II and III the same time. But latest when we have funded the EPISODE III.
