The Story
Decoloured tells the story of Albert, a man who's
completely colourblind until he meets Amber.
Decoloured is about seeing wonder in the world, beauty in the mundane.
Behind Decoloured
I wrote the
original story of Decoloured in February of 2008 and it has been in my heart,
trying to get out ever since. This June, I was fortunate enough to receive the
Michelle Jackson Award, which allowed me to proceed with the project.
The film truly is a labour of love, and we just need a
little more funding in order to go ahead with production. This is where you fine folks come in.
Why Donate?
We've
put together an amazing group of people that are willing to work for discounted
rates in order to make this project come to life.
But
we do need your donations to make this film a reality. Any donation is greatly
appreciated and goes directly toward the production costs of the film. These
include paying the cast and crew, location fees, food (a well-fed crew is a
happy crew!), and set decoration. The list goes on...
Can't
Afford to Donate? You Can Still Help!
Even if you can't donate, there are still plenty of ways to help. If you feel like there's any way you can contribute to the film, by offering services, sandwiches, or just good vibes, please drop me a line at allisonswhite@gmail.com.
Hitting the "feature it" button to help our page
reach a bigger audience helps tremendously! Please spread the word as much as you can
on Facebook and Twitter and we will greatly appreciate your efforts and
support! Thanks so much for helping us do what we love.
