It is a
short film that mixes thriller atmospheres with horror cinema arguments. The
goal is to recreate the magic and true intrigue from some movies from the 70s,
adapting them to the technical evolution and development that this genre has experienced
all along.
Furthermore,
the plot offers the audience the chance to feel identified and be brought to
different challenges: rational vs. irrational, thriller vs. horror, life vs.
death, God vs. Evil… All of this taking into account characteristic elements
of the “giallo”.
Sarah can’t completely overcome the deaths of
her grandfather and her older sister. The trauma and lack of sleep cause her to
embark on a strange journey of apparitions and murders, apparently caused by
her mind...

Filmmaker Introduction
Hi, my name is Davide Melini and I am an Italian writer/director that
lives in Malaga (Spain). I'm about to make my fifth short film and I hope to
raise some much needed funds.
Interviews with Paco Roma and Erica Prior
The campaign
This campaign is essential because the money we will hopefully raise
will allow us to make this film without having to cut corners. We are proud of
the script and want it to reach its full potential.
Your
contributions, big or small, are truly helping SO MUCH. We need all we can get
and we are so grateful for anything you can contribute!
What we need & What you get
We are trying to raise 3,000 Euros, which is traditionally a modest
amount to fund an entire short film. We need to pay all the equipment, provide
food and travel expenses, cover post-production costs, as well as pay for the
makeup/prosthetic effects that will be featured in the film.
In return for your contributions, we are offering some great incentives!
The perks range from little things like a Special Thanks on the Facebook page,
all the way up to producer credit on the film (as well as a wide variety of
awesome swag in between).
After the campaign is over, we will be sending out follow up emails,
asking you to confirm mailing addresses, t-shirt sizes, etc.
Other Ways You Can Help
While
financial contributions of all sizes are much appreciated, we recognize that
some people may just not have the funds. But it doesn't mean they can't help. You
can also help by getting the word out about our campaign to your friends,
colleagues and loved ones via social media platforms. If everyone is able to share this campaign
with just a few people, we feel confident that we can reach many, many people
that may be interested in donating to the cause. So, we invite you to spread
the word! Like our Facebook page, where you can get up-to-date news on the
production. You will not be disappointed by the film!!!
