This patented device allows for a variable and adjustable positioning of your foot to achieve a deeper and more effective stretch of all lower leg and foot muscles contributing to plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, and other lower leg injuries.

You can perform a variety of simultaneous, highly effective stretches with DorsiFLEX. The indexed design of DorsiFLEX also allows for accurate measurement and tracking of progressive improvement in your foot and ankle range of motion.

Adjust DorsiFLEX to meet your personal needs. There are two adjustable arms for you to selectively position depending on the foot you want to stretch, or the angle(s) you want to achieve while stretching. The greater the angle the deeper the stretch! 

DorsiFLEX is fabricated with 20 adjustable “fingers” that allow you to create a flat, upward incline or a 3-dimensional lateral incline.

Simply position your toes and forefoot laterally with our adjustable angles to achieve a novel 3-D stretch. The fingers have a rounded and smooth top surface for comfort and won’t bend under load. The fingers live on a twist axis that promises to give you repeatable and measurable angles every time you use DorsiFLEX. As an option, the sturdy base can be inclined an additional 10° with the incline legs.

DorsiFLEX’s patented design allows for specific targeting of the individual bands of the plantar fascia. Our design also utilizes the Windlass mechanism of biomechanics to properly position your foot for the best and most effective stretches and strengthening.

The patented variable and adjustable design deliver 3-dimensional weight-bearing exercises to stretch and strengthen the muscles in your lower leg and foot. DorsiFLEX's US Patent Number is #9,364,382.

DorsiFLEX features a sturdy base to provide you with stability and ease of use.  Made of FDA Grade material and designed for greater than 350 pounds of weight, the DorsiFLEX is light enough to carry anywhere.

A non-slip ring on the bottom grips any surface while the base provides a comfortable and padded surface for a socked foot or barefoot.

Phoenix Foot Health, LLC is composed of two friends, both avid runners, who suffered from the same painful problem: plantar fasciitis. Not only was it ruining their quality of life, but it was also preventing them from doing what they love. After years of standing on tennis balls, rolling on frozen water bottles, and trying every foot and toe stretch under the sun, they knew they needed to create a better solution.
